playing Chutes and Ladders with my girl. She has got to be the unluckiest Chutes and Ladders player ever...I win every time. Weird, huh? Also, love her little pinky sticking up...she does this when she moves all the playing pieces no matter what game we are playing:)

Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls.

Yum. I did have a bit of trouble with them rising (which was totally just me being impatient). I froze one half to bring with us to my in-laws for Thanksgiving...but our half is gone so we'll see;)

Are you getting in the Christmas mood? I am hoping to share the base for my December Daily project this week+a cool advent calendar I am almost finished with (SO EASY to make too!). I've also got a new ad challenge for you tomorrow and I'll pick a winner for this month's Tuesday morning.

the simple things

I saw this challenge on Rebecca Cooper's blog and loved the idea. I am posting a little late for last week but wanted to get this up anyways:)I picked this picture for last week because it is my little guy and big guy having a moment together. Kieran was happy to just have Daddy hold his hand and walk with him while we trick or treated. Here they paused to watch 2 guys play some music. As I was watching them, it made my heart smile (cheesy but true). I love watching simple, sweet moments between my husband and my kids:)
